BlendCue is built to keep your music and your sets on your own Mac. This page explains the little we do collect.

In the app

• Your music library stays on your Mac. BlendCue reads Serato's library and play history locally to make suggestions. Your tracks, crates and set history are never uploaded.
• No analytics or tracking. The app doesn't send usage data, crash reports or advertising identifiers.
• Updates. About once a day BlendCue downloads a small list of available versions from blendcue.com to check for updates. It sends nothing about you; Cloudflare sees the request like any web page visit.
• Licence checks. When you activate, each time you open BlendCue and about once a day while it runs, BlendCue sends your licence key and a short computer identifier to Lemon Squeezy to confirm the licence is valid. The identifier is derived from your Mac and doesn't include your name or files.
• Trial check-in. When a free trial starts, BlendCue sends a one-way code made from your Mac's hardware ID, plus the app version, to our server at api.blendcue.com. We keep the code and the date it was first seen, so the trial can't be restarted by erasing the Mac. The code can't be turned back into the hardware ID and isn't linked to your name, email or purchase.
• Phone remote. If you turn it on, your phone talks to BlendCue over your local network, protected by a key in the QR code. Nothing goes through our servers.

When you buy

Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, processes your order. It collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and handles them under its own privacy policy. We can see your name, email and order details in our store dashboard, which we use to send your licence, give support and handle refunds. We never see your full card number.

When you send feedback

The ideas & bugs form at blendcue.com/feedback/ stores your message, the kind of feedback, your email if you choose to give it, and your BlendCue version and Mac type if you opened the form from the app. We don't store your IP address with it. We use it only to improve BlendCue and, if you left an email, to reply. Ask us at any time to delete it.

When you email us

Support emails to support@blendcue.com are kept so we can help you and follow up. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

This website

blendcue.com doesn't use cookies or analytics. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email support@blendcue.com. We'll reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
